Safe on the Shore

I’m not in the business to save, there are much higher powers for such a career.
How I have encouraged you is dangerous. I made your recovery my mistress
When you are lucky enough to see the shore…..dry land isn't what you are searching for.
We talk in riddles….slay in tongues……but if we listened with our lips & spoke with our ears…..are we wrong?
In lies I’ve trusted…..what is vibrant doesn't appeal to my  darkness any longer
Don't forget to breathe through the now
Passion wasn’t solid when it fell through
What if I told you that in order to fix something, you need to watch it break…..and to heal a broken heart, you need the souls of the fake.
If I happen to drift into the sea, to save my life….you must fear me.
